VRAJBHOOMI INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL

School Policies

1. Communication Policies

We feel that Parents are our partners. Together we can help our children to achieve their goals. It will always be our aim to communicate clearly and effectively with parents. Communication is a bipolar process and needs to be emphasized. If parents do not receive the information they need, they may suggest. Ideas that aid in the development of the school are always invited.

Website and Facebook page :

Many events and activities happen throughout the year. Children participate in most of them. As a Parent sometimes we do feel disappointed because it is not always possible to attend all the events and activities. Don't be, because we at VISMA regularly update all the events and activities on our website (www.vrajbhoomi.org) and our Facebook page (VISMA Anand) and Instagram Account: vrajbhoomi_school.

Unique Student ID :

Every student is given a unique user ID. The number is to be used for accessing the School website for multiple purposes. It is mandatory for every parent to visit the School website daily for the optimum development for his/her child.

Email:

In today's world, the most effective way to communicate is through email. You are requested to use this medium and communicate with us through admin@vrajbhoomi.org

Telephone no's:

Admin Office: 9099044833 / 9099044834
Transport: 9879618701, 9879618719
Dining and Housekeeping: 9879618701
Accounts Office: 9879618703, 9879618700

Circulars:

Communication with the parents is established through school circulars or broadcast group These circulars are uploaded on the school website as being eco-friendly is the need of hour.

The Vraj Samvaad - (The E-magazine of the school)

The School considers parents as the equal stakeholder in the development of students who participate diverse integral activities pertaining to the comprehensive growth of theirs. To share the glimpses of the year long activities we upload 'Vraj Samvaad' annually.

Yearly Calendar:

The Yearly Calendar of events is issued at the beginning of each Academic Year. It has details of most of the events scheduled to take place during the year. Schools are dynamic places, and sometimes changes and additions may happen. Parents are requested to read it carefully and plan their schedule accordingly.

Interaction with staff members:

Parents may 'stop by' at the end of the day with the knowledge that most staff members will be occupied and will not be able to entertain an impromptu meeting with them. It is more appropriate to make an appointment with the admin office so that the required ground work may be done in advance and a meeting can be arranged with the appropriate person.

Your concern regarding the curricular, behavioural and co-curricular issues should be discussed with the subject teacher and the class teacher respectively with the prior appointment. If unresolved or further doubts, Parents can contact the following people for further assistance:

Class / Section Designation
Pre-Primary, I & II In charge or Co-ordinator
Std. III - IV Section Co-ordinator
Std. V - VI Section Co-ordinator
Std. VII - VIII Section Co-ordinator
Std. IX - X Section Co-ordinator

Still unsatisfied, then you may contact the Principal and finally the Director or write at samvad@vrajbhoomi.org
