The Middle School years at Vrajbhoomi are a transformative phase where students grow academically, emotionally, and socially. This stage plays a crucial role in shaping a learner’s perspective and strengthening the foundation needed for higher classes. Students begin to think more independently, analyse concepts deeply, and understand how different subjects connect to real-life experiences. Our aim is to provide a learning environment that encourages curiosity, responsibility, discipline, and confidence during these important years.

Teachers design meaningful classroom experiences that support students through this transition. With increasing subject depth and broader learning expectations, Middle School helps learners sharpen their thinking, strengthen their communication skills, and build essential habits that prepare them for future challenges.

Pedagogy

Teaching in Middle School follows an integrated and experiential approach. Students learn through hands-on activities, experiments, discussions, projects, and field experiences that deepen understanding. Teachers guide learners to make connections between prior knowledge and new concepts while gradually building abstract thinking, reasoning, and inquiry skills.

Classrooms focus on subject-specific learning while also nurturing values, teamwork, digital literacy, emotional balance, and responsible decision-making. Teachers observe student progress closely, offer personalised support, and encourage independent learning. This approach helps students build confidence, discipline, and the ability to manage their own learning effectively.

The curriculum in Middle School is designed according to NEP 2020’s Middle Stage, with a shift to subject-based learning and skill development. Students engage with a balanced set of academic subjects along with creative and physical activities that support holistic growth.

Our Our Co-Curriculum

A wide range of co-curricular activities is administered at Adani International School to ensure a well-rounded education for all students. This includes exposure to a wide range of academic activities and extracurricular activities appropriate to the levels of student capacity, class and age.

Academic activities include Science & Math Exhibition, Competitions, Recitation, Field and Factory Visits, and Science Olympiads. Extra-Curricular activities include Sports, Field Trips, Study Excursions, Camping Tours, Public Speaking, etc.

All of these activities are mandatory for students as per their class groups. These activities are key to developing student skills, capacity, learning and experience to grow and evolve into well-rounded humans.
